Navigate to the Cashier section and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (ideally the same method used for depositing), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Your request will be processed according to the timeframes listed in our payment table. For first-time withdrawals, ensure your KYC documents have been verified.

Your bonus progress is displayed in the account dashboard under "Active Bonuses." You will see a progress bar showing how much of the wagering requirement you have completed, the remaining amount needed, and the expiry date. Once the bar reaches 100%, your bonus funds convert to real cash and become withdrawable.

First, check your transaction history in the Cashier to see if the deposit is pending. For card payments, verify with your bank that the transaction was authorised. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmations, which can take 10-60 minutes depending on network congestion. If your deposit still has not appeared after the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference or blockchain hash.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete KYC verification, pending bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal limits reached for the day/week, or additional security checks for large amounts. Check your email for any requests from our compliance team. If everything appears correct, contact support with your withdrawal reference number for status updates.
